As expected, Microsoft Flight Simulator finally received its release date for Xbox Series X and, although it’s not a stealth drop during the conference like many hoped for, it’s not too far over the horizon.
The game, which we adored on PC when it released last year, is launching on Xbox Game for consoles on July 27.

That’s not all, the game is also receiving a pretty rad movie tie-in in Top Gun: Maverick. A short sizzle reel, backed by the iconic Top Gun guitar lick, shows off the death-dying maneuvers you’re going to be able to pull off in these signature jets. So cool.
