It would appear that Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy, a spin-off origin story based in the world of A Plague Tale, has leaked ahead of its official reveal.
It’s suggested that the game will serve as an origin story for Sofia, who debuted in the franchise’s second game, A Plague Tale: Requiem, in 2022.
The game’s existence was outed via a Threads post on Focus Entertainment’s official page, it has since been removed.
The game will likely be officially revealed at tomorrow morning’s Xbox Games Showcase, with prior instalments, specifically A Plague Tale: Requiem, being revealed at the same showcase in previous years.
Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy is expected to be confirmed tomorrow for 2026, coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
