During PlayStation’s State of Play, which aired this morning, we got our first action-packed trailer for IO Interactive’s long-gestating James Bond video game, First Light 007. 1l3x
As shown in the trailer, the game is set to follow a brash, younger James Bond whose reckless escapades see him brought into the 00 program to earn the coveted codename.
There hasn’t been any iron-clad evidence, but the prevailing thought is that James Bond, this time around, is being portrayed by Young Dexter lead Patrick Gibson. The likeness is certainly there, so we’re expecting that’ll be made official in no time.
First Light 007 is set to release in 2026.
