Here’s A Look At Nintendo Switch 2’s Game Cartridges And Its Official Carry Case

Unsurprisingly pretty similar!

Nintendo has published yet another video overview for the Nintendo Switch 2, with this particular clip focusing on the game cartridges themselves as well as the console’s official carry case.

Posted on Nintendo Today, rehosted on X by the below , it shows that there isn’t a lot of difference between the Switch and Switch 2 cartridges as we’d previously determined. The key difference is their red colour, and a small difference to the back side’s form which presumably helps determine whether the cart is going to be readable by older hardware.

The video also pays attention to the console’s official carry case which has ample room for the console itself with an attached Joy-Con 2, six game cartridges, and two straps should you wish to remove the Joy-Cons.
