A job listing on the Infinity Ward website looks to have not-so-subtly spilled the tea on an open-world RPG in development at the Polish arm of the frequent Call of Duty developer.
Twitter Faizan Shaikh posted a screen capture of the listing, which has now been updated on the website to show that it’s “been filled”, though it’s just as likely that publisher Activision is doing a little damage control.
When it was live, the listing read:
“Activision Publishing is seeking a talented and ionate Narrative Director to ideate, create and direct the implementation of story, dialogues and scenes for an unannounced AAA project. In this role, you will create a cohesive vision for the narrative presentation, its connection with the gameplay experience, and you will be responsible for direction of cinematic moments.
“Your role is to provide the best narrative and cinematic experience in an open world RPG.”
